1. Pension Credit Recipients:

2. Income Support or Income-Based Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA):
   • Qualify if a person receives JSA and meets any of the following conditions:
     • Has a disability or pensioner premium.

     • Receives Child Tax Credit with a disability or severe disability element.
     • Has a child under 5 living with them.
3. Income-Related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA):
   • Usually eligible if a person receives ESA and falls into one of the following categories:
     • Is in a work-related activity group or support group.
     • If not in either group, then they must be receiving benefits either from disability benefits from self or from disabled child, pension premium, child tax credit.
4. Universal Credit Recipients:
   • Typically receive if they get Universal Credit and meet the following conditions:
     • Are not employed or ‘gainfully self-employed’ (if they have a partner).
     • They or their partner have a health condition or disability and have limited capability for work (with or without work-related activity).
     • Have a child under 5 living with them.
