    • I am with you there. This month house payment went up because of out of control housing market, which increases property tax, and insurance , which results in our house payment going up $75, last year, and $110 this year. Last year increase pushed us to the point of if we tighten our belts, and have no hic-ups we can make it. We did have hic-ups, and knew we were going to have to make cuts that would be felt. One of those food or medicine moments. As we are trying to figure out how, where, what we can cut to be felt the lease when the notice of house payment came in. We just threw our hands in the air, IT WILL BE FELT. Yes it would be nice if this would happen, but like you, for some reason, it never happens for us.
